Hell yeah its better because all you need to perform is a sharpie, NO GIMMICKS, NO SWITCHES. every item handed to you by the spectator would be the same items they would see throughout the routine

OK ....So Sinful is the reason I have started doing Magic. This effect has the greatest reactions. So simple and visually just incredible. I bought the DVD last Sat. and on sunday was hanging out @ the pool reading a book relaxing. A group of young women ended up there as well. I timed it so that as soon as the first one reached into the cooler I walked up and asked if i could borrow a soda , and show them something I thought was strange. Did the effect , stared at them w/ an amazed look, like even I could not believe what just happened , I then gathered my things and headed home w/out saying so much as a word. So yesterday I went back to the pool and had the same 3 women pull up chairs right along side of me , introduce themselves and start conversation. Did a few random card tricks and all was well . I love this effect. My only con is that now everywhere I go and there is someone who has heard that I can "put a quarter in this can" I am pestered to do it ... I have a reputation building on this one trick alone and it allows me to practice the other effects that I have. If that is in any way a con. I have found in certain places now they come to me and it allows me to own the spectators before i do anything. I just love this effect! It's so amazing that I never knew how Criss & Wayne did it, untill I bought it! It's just like the MM2 video(MasterMinds), it makes me feel like an idiot! I've gotten some huge reactions from this and Lance Burton is right, Wayne is a GENIUS!

Sinful is an absolute amazing effect by an amazing magician. This effect is worth every penny, if it was priced at $20 more it would still be worth it. The reactions that come from this trick are great. And the best part is that it is visual, it all looks clean and fair and the spectator sees everything.

I've already ordered Sinful, but I picked that Super Saver shipping option because I wasn't in a hurry...I'm regretting it now! Reading this thread threw some light on questions I had about the effect & now I'm feeling fairly excited about getting that DVD...

Sinful, is the one coin effect that I get asked to do more than any other magic effects I have. I mainly do card magic, but when I saw the preview for this, I knew that this would be a coin effect I would definitely do.

So anytime there is an unopened soda can, and either I have a sharpie on me, or I can borrow one. Then I am immediately asked, “Please, please do the coin through soda can trick!” And each time that I do so, it seems it gets a better reaction the more people watch you perform it.

I used to stick by one of the magicians code, not to show a trick twice, but I make an exception for this one, it just simply kills each time!
