    For the conjoined rings, one of the ring's paint is chipped and it looks like a manufacturing defect where the ring wasn't properly de-burred and the paint didn't adhere properly.this ring also has a 1/4" long scratch where the paint is blemished and bare metal is visible. The second ring has a matching mark, also around 1/4" with bare metal showing. The blemishes are sharp to the touch.
