As you may already know, Rich Ferguson the Serial Biller himself is on his way over to the forums to answer your questions about Serial Biller which will be released on 9.29.09 at 1PM PT.

is this impromtu or gimmicked? because im pretty sure thats impossible without a gimmick...but thats the point of the trick, impossiBILLity.

i don't get it. just when i think everything that could be done is done, you come out and prove us wrong. you did with tagged and now, as it looks, with serial biller. what next?

Anyway, i have a few questions about the effect. a few are general and some are more towards the effect

1. can it be done with 5,10, 20,etc. or is it just a one dollar bill
2. is there a gimmick or is it impromptu? i think it's been asked and really it's kind of rude to ask, but i'm just curious. i love impromptu and don't mind gimmicked(if it's a good gimmick).
3. can this been done with other items..cards, paper,etc.
4.can the person sign the bill or not

that's it for now. i ran out of thoughts. if i have more, i'll come back

.... Depends on your definition. Is a coin a "gimmick" if you have two ungimmicked coins?... Not sure about that... I will say that there are numerous effects and ideas taught... Some are done immidiately anytime anywhere... Others require basic prework. Again, just like in Tagged, I'm giving out suggestions that you can run with;)

"other currency?"
... I just got back from being on tour with Full Tilt Poker in Europe and did similar effects out there. As long as the money has a distinct serial number (which we think they all do), you should be okay!

"borrow their dollar?"... Did you not see the trailer? Listen, YOU CAN CALL ANYONE ON THE PHONE, LET THEM TAKE OUT A DOLLAR, VERIFY THE SERIAL NUMBER, HAVE THEM RIP IT... PUT IT IN A ENVELOPE... SHAKE IT AND THEN THEY CAN REMOVE THEIR DOLLAR!!! OKAY, that was total bull****... Just trying to get you to think about the question. All that matters is how it is presented and what the spectator believes... and in this case would bet money you never touched it. So, in short YOU CAN borrow money directly from their pocket!... what happens after that is up to you! There are several methods and versions...

-Any denomination works... you'll find that you'll prefer the dollar for several reasons... however, when you learn the principles, you'll see how I've done it just as easily with 100's.

-this can be done with other items, but you'll see why the dollar is the way to go... there is a SERIAL # to PROOVE it was destroyed and restored... that's really the point.

-singing is manageable to some degree but requires handling much more advanced as in some of the most advanced cards torn and restored. The focus is really the serial... I've written the name of people I've just met after asking their name... then done it... we can all discuss lots of twists afterwards like in Tagged... Ive shared dozens of tips in that forum;)

-Impromtu as you like... as set up as you like... I'd liken it to a card trick like Ambitious routine... extra bits of polish and prework like a card in a sealed beer or just straight forward with nothing to do... its up to you. I mostly reveal a method of madness and you run with it... I teach many standard switches and a couple ones Ive done that are sweet... and there are other effects not really shown on the preview... I believe there is another trailer coming.

Ill say this... this is one of those effects that I do at private parties when people say, "Just one more trick" right before I leave... It is pretty straight forward and I think the choices will make this really fun for everyone. I LOVE tricks with dollars... soo many I do not do, but there are a few select ones I do do... I said dodo... ptth

Awesome. Just awesome. It looks so clean. I know the amazing reactions I get with a simple miscall on a serial number, but this would FLOOR the spectators. I'm really looking forward to this.

Do you know how much $$$$ this is going to set us back (excluding all the dollar bills we rip up practicing)?

Congratulations on a nice effect, we have plastic money over in NZ so I doubt this will be useful to me as borrowing the bill comes as a real highlight of the effect. Looks fantastic!
