    2009 Video Contest Winner announced

Congratulations to TimurY, our 2009 Performance Champion. The reasons his video was chosen by the judges are listed on the blog. Also, some of our judges plan to check in and give some general comments to the finalists. Congratulations!

However, the winning isn't over. You get to decide who wins "Member's Choice" among the finalists (minus TimurY, of course). If your favorite didn't win, cast your vote in this thread. While the prize for winning Member's Choice hasn't been decided, it will be cool.

Cast your vote among the finalists in this thread. We'll count the votes at 12:01 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11 and name the winner. Now get to voting!

It's so hard to choose between them, because they're all great, but I think I'll give Magic_city my vote.

Woah, after the minimal forum feedback on my entry, I never thought I'd win this. Well, I guess I'm happy now! :)

    Congrats to TimurY!

My vote would go to DaveyG, I usually don't like ACRs, but the story really kept me interested in the magic.

Congratulations TimurY. All of the finalists did a great job.

For the members choice my vote goes to Magic_City. He did a great job of performing surrounded with spectators of different ages. He really engaged the spectators and got great reactions.

Erick man. You can't just have your friends and family create new accounts to vote for you. The votes have to come from already registered users.

Can someone from Ellusionist clarify this plz.

We're on it. It will take more time to pour a soda than it will to spot guys voting for themselves. So no need to call them out publicly ... as tempting as it is.

    Vote Submission

For all the ones that voted for me thanks for ur support..... like someone said this was not clarified that old members are the only votes that counts, spectators have a very valid point of view when doing magic, again thanks ( and just as something to think about, How does Ellusionist knows that the ones that old members are not friends with the one they voted for??) Anyways for user icaro u erased his vote and he was on the competition so whats up with that,

And my vote goes for someone who didn't make it to the finalist and to my personal opinion he should be is for Noe Guevara

Thanks and c ya on the next contest
